Same cleaner each week, linen and towels changed. More often if you want it, at cost.
Maintenance within 24 hours
Our own team, not a contractor you chase. Same-day for anything to do with water, power or the AC.
A named contact
One person, their mobile number, who knows your flat and your building. Not a rota.
The paperwork your employer needs
This is the part the platforms can't do, and the reason most corporate tenants end up here. We're a registered Egyptian company with a tax registration, so everything below is ordinary for us.

- A bilingual lease your company's legal team can review
- Payment by bank transfer in EGP or USD, 14-day terms
